Returns, exchanges and refunds

For an exchange or a refund, the request must be made within 30 days after your order has shipped (15 days if the item was purchased on sale). The products must be in their original condition, in their protective compostable pouch and not have been worn and / or washed. There is a charge of $8 to return the merchandise.

All items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If we believe that the items are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse them. Please pay close attention to animal hair, deodorant stains, hair, etc.

  1. Products identified FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  2. The tights cannot have been tried on, for hygienic reasons.
  3. Panties cannot be exchanged or refunded, for hygienic reasons.

* For customers within the United States *

No exchange or refund is possible for international orders, unless there is a product defect or sending error. Canada Post does not support returns from the United States, we are sorry for the inconveniences. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

Unclaimed orders or address errors

If an order is returned to us because it has not been claimed at the post office or due to an address error, a member of the team will contact you by email. If we have no news more than 30 days after this email, the order will be canceled without refund and without possibility of exchange.
